The menu was beautiful with photos of the food. I ordered pepper steak and they brought out an overcooked piece of beef covered in gravy with a dash of pepper. There were 9 of us eating and the majority were disappointed in the meal. Do not order something based on how good the photos look.

Very bad experience

Service is good, but for a Lebanese restaurant food could taste much better. I am not saying it tastes bad, but rather it is not the expected taste from a Lebanese restaurant.

Worst place ever visited. No customer service and care. We wasted 50 minutes and left with our order not served. Please don't waste your time. They simply do not care. Ciao!

Worst service there on weekends. Takes 30 mins just to take our order and after that still nothing came for 60 mins. And when we decided to leave they didn’t even cared about us.

I'm very very disappointed 😥, the experience with open buffet was terrible, not enough food, you have to make race to get your share, dessert was terrible also. I will never back again.They said the people coming more than expected. I cannot imagine this argument

The new working people are very bad to deal with us. Even the new restaurant manager, he don’t has any politeness and don’t know how to deal with customers. W.C is very dirty and smells very bad so you can’t use it.I used to go there every weekend for the last 4 years but now it’s over.

Place is beautiful shisha is good but shisha men are terrible we called them more than 4 time and no one was coming they were just jocking with ladies and they didn't do their job especially the Egyptian guys

Good for Shisha. Food is not good at all. 4 stars is mainly for Shisha. Advise: tip your shisha guy in the second time he brings charcoal, that will ensure you get the best service for your shisha. Food is substandard and service in in general is bad. Some of staff do not note orders and bring you the wrong one or wander around with your juice not knowing which table ordered it!
